I've been in fitness for 25 years — and I still love it because I've seen what it does for people's lives. I played competitive tennis for most of my life, I've had injuries I've had to come back from -- so I know firsthand what it takes, and I know how to help you through it too. That experience changed how I train people.
I work with beginners and competitive athletes — everyone gets a program built from scratch. I've trained post-partum moms, competitive tennis players, and 70-year-olds who'd never set foot in a gym. My specializations come from real experience with real people, not from templates.

Your first session is a consultation and movement assessment. I'll learn about your goals, any injuries or limitations, and your fitness background. Then we'll do a short workout together so I can see how your body moves. This helps me design a program that's perfectly tailored to you. No surprises, no pressure -- just real conversation and movement.
Absolutely not. I work with clients at every fitness level, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. If you've never stepped foot in a gym or haven't trained in years, I'll meet you exactly where you are and build from there. I specialize in working with older adults and post-partum clients too.
No gym membership needed. I train clients online via Zoom, in my own home gym, at your home, or outside when the weather is on our side. I don't normally work out of third-party gyms -- so wherever you are, you're already set.
Zoom sessions are identical to in-person training. I can see your form clearly, give you real-time feedback, and adjust the workout on the fly if needed. I'll cue your movements, watch your alignment, and push you -- all through the screen. Many clients say online training is just as effective as in-person.
Yes. I specialize in teaching beginners. I break the game down so you actually understand it, starting with grip, stance, and footwork. You'll learn at a pace that works for you, and many of my clients have gone from never holding a racket to playing real matches.
